Get a firm bum and strengthen your back

Get a firm bum with this exercise!

Get a firm bum without too much heavy work, with this very simple DIY exercise. Your new home gym is a simple Gym Ball, and in this video you will see why we strongly believe it’s a great Anti-Ageing Machine. As Perth chiropractors Dr Paul Staerker and Dr Kirsty Sterle will show you, doing exercises like this one can make a huge difference and make you take ownership of your health, so you age positively.

Important to do it correctly

If you also want to strengthen your knees and your back (and get a firm bum in the process) then this is a great exercise to start with. At Burswood Health, we will always advise you to build in regular exercise in between your chiropractic sessions. And this doesn’t need to be a heavy workout at the gym. When you make these simple DIY exercises part of your daily routine, you’ll start noticing significant changes to your overall fitness level. It’s important though to check with your therapist, if the exercise is suitable for your particular situation. And when you do these exercises, always make sure you’re wearing non-slip shoes, choose to do the exercises while someone can supervise you, and watch the videos correctly to ensure you’re applying correct posture.
